The month-to-month lease is offered at all times throughout the year at our monthly rate.
Our long-term leasing contract, expiring July 31st yearly, allows for a monthly savings of $30.00. The duration of this agreement varies, but in all cases can be entered for no less than 3 months.
At their own discretion, trainers at Victory Haven are given the option to sign stalls by both leasing options (long-term/month-month).
